Alicia Ashley: Managing Principal, Elite Champion and Coach, International Boxing Hall of Famer, Entrepreneur and Investor

With an illustrious career crowned by six world boxing titles and induction into IBHOF (International Boxing Hall of Fame), the IWBHOF (International Woman’s Boxing Hall of Fame) and the GGHOF (Golden Gloves Hall of Fame), Alicia's legacy extends far beyond the ring. She is also a three-time Guinness World Record holder, further cementing her status as a trailblazer in boxing.

Alicia's professional journey began at the iconic Gleason’s Gym in Brooklyn, where she honed her coaching skills and drive for fitness. As a dynamic combat sports, yoga and fitness coach, Alicia's expertise spans over two decades, during which she has trained and mentored countless national and international champions in boxing, kickboxing and MMA. Her extensive coaching career includes notable tenures as the head boxing trainer at UFC Fit and master trainer at Zou Shiming No. 1 Sports Gym, both in Shanghai. Alicia's innovative spirit led her to create the Slick Strike Club Boxing and Kickboxing Gym in New Jersey, where she developed comprehensive boxing instruction manuals and certification programs. She has been a constant figure in the boxing world, sparring with UFC fighters and world champions, and coaching elite athletes globally.

Maurice Ashley: Managing Principal - International Grandmaster, Author, Serial Entrepreneur and Investor

Maurice made history in 1999 as the first African American chess Grandmaster, marking a significant milestone in the world of chess. Recently, Maurice launched the HBCU Chess Classic in Atlanta, furthering his commitment to promoting chess in historically underserved communities. Renowned for his dynamic live tournament coverage, Maurice's high-energy, unapologetic, and irreverent commentary combines Brooklyn street smarts with professional ESPN-style sports analysis. His expertise spans elite events such as the World Chess Championships, the US Chess Championships, the Grand Chess Tour, and the legendary “Man vs. Machine” matches between Garry Kasparov and IBM’s Deep Blue.

Maurice's contributions to chess extend beyond commentary. He is a national championship coach, accomplished author, chess commentator, puzzle inventor, video course creator, and motivational speaker. His work in leading three high school National championship teams from Harlem is featured in Adam Grant's book "Hidden Potential." Maurice's influence is further recognized by his partnerships with the US Chess Federation to identify and nurture diverse chess talent and with the Saint Louis Chess Club to host the Bipartisan Congressional Chess Tournament in Washington DC. In 2016, he was inducted into the US Chess Hall of Fame, and in 2018, into the Brooklyn Technical High School Hall of Fame.

His contributions were recognized by Moet Hennessy in a commercial celebrating his impact on chess and Black history. His books "Move by Move: Life Lessons on and off the Chessboard" and "The Life Changing Magic of Chess" reflect his dedication to teaching and inspiring through the game. Devon Cormack: Managing Principal, World Champion Kickboxer and Hall of Famer, Trainer and Investor

Devon Cormack is a celebrated figure in the world of martial arts and fitness, with an illustrious career spanning over five decades. His journey began in 1973 in Kingston, Jamaica, where he studied Kyokushin Karate. After relocating to New York in 1978, Devon trained at the Seido Karate headquarters, becoming a Sensei and winning numerous point tournaments and form competitions (Kata). His passion for martial arts led him to create his own system, “Mkeka-do Karate/Kickboxing”. His contributions to the sport have earned him a place in the Martial Arts Hall of Fame. Devon holds a 7th Dan in both Mkeka-Do Karate/Kickboxing and Kyokushin Karate, highlighting his advanced skills and dedication to martial arts.

In 1986 Devon started studying boxing at the renowned Gleason’s Boxing gym, & his love for kicking led him on the path of a kickboxer, through which he earned 11 titles including three professional world titles and gained international recognition. Devon’s professional kickboxing career boasts an impressive record of 18-3-2, with notable titles such as the K.I.C.K. Featherweight World Title, USKBA Super Bantamweight World Title, and ISKA Bantamweight World Title. 
His expertise in kickboxing and martial arts has taken him across the globe, including televised matches on ESPN and MSG. He represented America in countries like New Zealand, Scotland, and The Ukraine where he remains the only American to have won a kickboxing match. He is also a licensed professional boxing coach at the renowned Gleason's Gym and a certified "USA Boxing" trainer where he has taken two of his female boxers to the level of world champions. 

In addition, Devon is a certified Pilates and fitness instructor, known for his innovative fitness class concept, Reggae Robix™, which blends kickboxing, light weights, and Pilates to a reggae beat. He actively participates in seminars and exhibitions, including the North American Kyokushin Summer Institute, Gleason’s Give A Kid A Dream boxing charity program, and the Brooklyn Brawl kickboxing tournament series.

Beyond his contributions to martial arts and fitness, Devon is an accomplished illustrator and musician, leading his reggae band "Devon Stylee."  He assisted with the yoga demonstration, wrote and recorded the sound track for Stephanie Foster’s master yoga series. Venturing into acting & stunt coordination, Devon has been a Sag-Aftra member for over 2 decades, with notable credits in “Mysteries of Laura”, acting & song production in “Comeback”, coaching and training John Leguizamo for the HBO film "Undefeated", and also assisting Hillary Swank for her Academy Award-winning role in "Million Dollar Baby." His clientele includes top music, sports, entertainment industry executives, corporate moguls and their children. Joseph S. Spence: Managing Principal - Technology meets Impact & Innovation

A leader in finance, technology, and sustainable investments, with a distinguished career spanning over two decades and multiple continents. He holds founding and leadership roles in various pioneering companies and organizations, deeply involved in sectors such as sustainability, mobility, infrastructure, deep-tech, media, entertainment, real estate, and healthcare.

Joseph’s professional journey began at NASA’s Goddard Space Flight Center, focusing on satellite communications and robotics, where he honed the engineering skills that later underpinned his leadership roles in technology and finance at firms like JP Morgan and Goldman Sachs. These positions enhanced his expertise in advising countries, financial institutions, family offices, funds and general corporations, broadening his understanding of diverse investment landscapes.

An active member of The Emirates Family Office Association, Joseph contributes to a network of global leaders in wealth management and philanthropy. As a result, his philanthropic initiatives span collaborations with royal families, governments, refugees, inner-city youth, and the homeless, reflecting his commitment to prosperity and peace for people and the planet. He also restores and promotes seminal yet relatively unknown philosophical literature from ancient thinkers relevant to today’s world and consults for and initiates economic development projects in emerging markets and U.S. inner cities. In managing Champion24x7 Family Office, Joseph partners with his cousins, international chess grandmaster and hall of famer Maurice Ashley, and 6x boxing champ, 3x Guinness Book of World Records holder, and international boxing hall of famer Alicia Ashley.

A Columbia University alumnus, Joseph is fluent and literate in Japanese. He holds a second-degree black belt in Japanese swordsmanship and a diploma in yoga therapy and teaching from The Indian Institute of Yoga in Patna, India. He remains a permanent board member of the NASA Academy Alumni Association.
